Can I withdraw from the contract and close my account?
Yes. The Client may withdraw from the contract without penalties or charges, following the procedure available in the App:

Go to the “Account information” section from the menu at the top right

Click the “Close account” button
Before you do, make sure you:
- withdraw or transfer funds and crypto, where possible;
- settle the custody fees for the last month with activity (remember that they are charged the following month)
