The official CheckSig channels
The domains, email addresses, phone number and social profiles officially used by CheckSig, and how to verify them.
Website and platform access
Access CheckSig services only through the official domains:
- Public website: checksig.com
- App on the web: my.checksig.com
- Official apps: Android (Google Play): play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.checksig.app iOS (App Store): apps.apple.com/app/checksig/id1629048814
Tips:
- Save these addresses in your browser bookmarks
- Always log in from your bookmarks, avoiding links received by email or in unverified messages
- always check that the domain is exactly checksig.com
- Do not install apps from links received by email, chat or external websites.
Official email addresses
CheckSig communications only come from addresses on the domain:
- @checksig.com
What to check:
- The sender’s domain, not just the display name
- The presence of the CheckSig logo in email clients that support it, such as Gmail and Apple Mail
- The presence of the blue tick in clients that support sender verification through BIMI and DMARC, such as Gmail and Apple Mail
Emails from similar or slightly altered domains, for example checksig-support.com, are not connected to CheckSig and may be fraud attempts.
Phone calls and SMS
CheckSig uses the following official number:

Tips:
- Save the number in your contacts as “CheckSig”
- Be wary of different numbers, even if they may look similar
Remember:
CheckSig will never call you to ask for sensitive information about your account, such as passwords, codes or access keys.

Similar profiles or profiles with slightly different names may be fake. No one from the CheckSig team will ever contact you through a personal social media profile.
