Why are ENA and WBTC no longer available?
The decision follows the periodic review of the crypto-assets we offer and the evolution of European rules.
What can I do with my holdings?
By 31 December 2026 you can sell them, swap them or transfer them to a wallet or an account in your own name.
Can I still buy or receive ENA and WBTC?
No. From 21 October 2026 purchases and deposits are no longer possible. Any deposits received after this date will be returned to the sending address, after the required checks.
What happens to my accumulation plan?
Accumulation plans on ENA and WBTC are stopped from 21 October 2026. Other plans are not affected.
Are there any costs?
The terms of the fee notice in force apply.
What happens after 31 December 2026?
You will receive a specific communication about any remaining holdings.
